Tiger Eye is a small, curated marketing and consignment service for rare vehicles and aircraft. Using this site means you agree to the following.

What this site is

Tiger Eye presents a small number of collectible vehicles on behalf of their owners. We facilitate introductions between interested buyers and owners/consignors — we are not a licensed dealer, broker, or auction house, and nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell any specific vehicle at any specific price.

Inquiries

Submitting the inquiry form sends your contact information to Tiger Eye and to the owner of the specific vehicle you asked about, so they can follow up with you directly. Submitting an inquiry doesn't obligate you, or the owner, to anything.

Vehicle submissions (consignors)

Submitting a vehicle for review doesn't guarantee it will be featured. Tiger Eye reviews every submission and decides, at its discretion, which vehicles to feature and when. Fees for the marketing service, if any, are agreed directly between Tiger Eye and the consignor before any charge is made.

Text message & email communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications directly from Tiger Eye related to buyer inquiries on your listed vehicle, as described in our Privacy Policy. These are first-party operational notifications, not third-party or promotional marketing — Tiger Eye does not send messages on behalf of, or share your number with, any other company. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

No warranty

Vehicle descriptions, specifications, and photos are provided by owners/consignors and reviewed by Tiger Eye in good faith, but Tiger Eye does not independently verify every claim and makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the condition, authenticity, or value of any vehicle listed. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own inspection and due diligence before any purchase.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
